Refund policy

Refunds/ Exchanges:
We want you to be happy with your Dylanna Publishing purchase, so please let us know if you are unsatisfied with your order for any reason by contacting us at julie@dylannapublishing.com.

Except for digital products, items may be returned in exchange for a full refund (excluding shipping costs) within 30 days of the delivery date provided they are in new, unused condition. You must submit your return request including your order ID  to julie@dylannapublishing.com. Return requests after 30 days will not be approved. Unauthorized returns will be refused and returned to sender. We do not cover the cost of return shipping.


Due to the nature of our downloadable items, NO refund or cancellation can be issued for any digital products. All sales of digital downloads are final.
 

Lost or Damaged Items:
If your item was damaged in transit a replacement request must occur within 3 days of delivery and must be accompanied by photo evidence of the damaged item (as well as the packaging, if possible). Once this documentation is received, we will send out a replacement as soon as possible (US Only). 
 

For damaged international orders, we are happy to cover the replacement cost of the item that was damaged, but the customer will be responsible for the replacement shipping cost. 
 

For lost or stolen packages, the customer is responsible for contacting and filing a claim with USPS. Once the item has been passed to USPS, Dylanna Press is no longer responsible for any lost or stolen items.


Damages and Other Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) cannot be returned. We also do not accept returns for items that have been written in or used.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
